Due to the breadth of requirements of a pitch, a pitch team will require cross-disciplines and expertise therefore, different teams and departments are needed to create the best possible piece of work. This means that a pitch team will have a blend of different personalities, characters, and ways of working. Whilst this positively contributes by bringing in different ideas and knowledge to a piece of work, this can sometimes lead to misunderstanding of personality types and different working styles which need to be understood in a short-timeframe.
